Effective Flight Planning

STEP 1 INSTRUCTION

Before creating an account on the site http://websppi.ans.kz the user needs to:

1. To be instructed on the procedures for filling out and submitting flight plans (FPL) in the Main The Air Traffic Control Center Of The Air Defense Forces Of the Republic's Air Forces Kazakhstan (GC ATC SVO RK) by phone in Almaty +7 7272 902 701 or in regional Air Traffic Control Centers (Rc ATC SVO RK) where it is planned to operate UAV.

2. Send to the postal address of the RSE “Kazaeronavigation” to the Main Planning Center Air Traffic Control (MCPVD) application for access to the site. The application can be sent to the company's email address office@ans.kz, phone number for inquiries about receipt of the application +7 7172 773 572.

STEP 2 APPLICATION

The following data must be specified in the application:

1. Full name of the UAV user for individuals or full name legal organization of the operator;
2. Type, brand of UAV;
3. Side number of seven characters;
4. A copy of the certificate of registration of the UAV with the authorized organizations in the field of civil aviation;
5. Full address of residence for individuals, legal address for organizations;
6. Contact details of phones, mobile communication facilities;
7. Email address.

STEP 3 GETTING ACCESS

After receiving and reviewing the application from the user, RSE “Kazaeronavigation” notifies the user about granting access to the site.

In the notification, the user is informed of the seven-digit company code that is used in filling out the operator's electronic application for obtaining ID_1234567890 and creating individual account.

After receiving a notification from the RSE “Kazaeronavigation" on granting access the user visits the site http://websppi.ans.kz and creates his own account on the site.
